Downetime Festival
3rd September 2016

Velvet Harmony are proud to have contributed to raising £3,750 through performing at the Downetime Festival!  The money was raised for Teenagers Unite Fighting Cancer.  The event took place in the village of Downe in the oldest barn in Kent, Orange Court Farm, on 23rd July.

Harmony College

Members of Velvet Harmony donned our red fleeces and visited Harmony College in Nottingham in April.  A brilliant time was had by all!

Velvet Harmony enjoyed a joint celebration with Green Street Blues of LABBS‘ 40th birthday.  The important part of the evening was handing over the Scroll of Harmony, as it continued its journey around the UK in advance of this year’s Convention.  Afterwards we posed with the Beckenham Festival cup, a highlight of the last year.
